Friday in Beijing

After a good night sleep and a great breakfast, we are nearly recovered from our 24+ hour day of travel.

As you can see David is taller than the doors here in China!!
 Today we visited New Hope Foster Home and got to love on some little children. This home houses about 60 orphans with medical needs. The New Hope Foundation advocates and cares for children who need surgeries with the goal to return them to the orphanage to then be matched with their forever family. It was overwhelming to hold a child and pray that somewhere she has a mom praying for her, like I have been praying for Katie-Kay. You can learn more about their ministry at www.hopefosterhome.com .

Jesus says in Matthew 18:10 "See that you do not despise one of these little for I say to you that their angels in heaven continually see the face of My Father Who is in heaven." These little children have angels, more than one, looking out for them. What a blessing it was to meet the Lord's helpers here on earth looking out for the little ones.
Only 3 more sleeps till we meet Katie Kay. I thank the LORD for His protection and provision for her.
